Is anyone seeing this? Sorry - I'm still learning here. I just typed
a novelete that didn't get published, so this is a test.

PUBLISH, n. In literary affairs, to become the fundamental element in a
cone of critics.

Put on your flame retardant underwear, and come on in.

Making sense to the person would surely be of higher priority than acting
like an wanna-be-comedian/comedienne?

Don't worry about being 'new' - nobody's 'old' here, it's just attempts at
advice, but have an open mind okay? Don't just go by what people say, it's
their own experiences, etc etc; always always keep that in mind

:)

Well, some of us have the alcoholic condition. Some of those have
even found a solution.

As constructive and appropriate reply as ever mr.moon; pointless, but then
again I was aware of that a while ago.

Nobody's 'old' here, as nobody knows better than anybody else, there's no
'guru's' of this alcoholism newsgroup. Unless of course, you beg to differ,
which undoubtedly, you would...

Bullshit! I certainly know far more than someone who has never worked
AA's Steps, because I have worked them. If nobody learns or achieves
change through working them, there would be no point in working them.
I don't expect you to understand, because a. you are not alcoholic,
and b. your nonsensical assertions makes it quite clear to anyone
who's worked the program I'm referring to that you have not worked
that program.

Does that make me expert on everything? Of course not. But for
anyone new and wanting to recover, I do not recommend they simply dig
out any other newcomer to guide them to recovery on any false
assertion that "nobody knows better than anybody else". I suggest you
quit trying to assist people in their own suicide.
