I am feeling pretty good today, the last few weeks for me have been a bit up and down, mostly down actually, but without the hangovers the downs are a little more bearable. The insomnia is getting to me though. I call it insomnia but it is partly self induced as my sleep pattern is all mesed up, which has me sleeping at inappropriate times. I have also been using sleep as a coping mechanism, to help with the boredom. This is something I really must stop. I find myself sleeping when I should be working, and r & p'ing when I should be sleeping, its confusing the hell out of me. No questions, no replies expected, i'm just typing how I feel at the moment.

pauly,
how about sitting down, and writing out a schedule for yourself.
something you can follow for a few weeks.
