Dear Rosie,

It's important to me to know what you mean by "abusive" behaviour. My
dictionary defines "abusive" as:

Abusive

1. characterized by insulting or coarse language.
2. characterized by maltreatment.

In an effort to try to establish cordial relations with you, I should
be grateful if you could produce for me the posts in which in your
view I have demonstrated abusive behaviour so that I can consider the
need to issue apologies.
