well, I finally got my computer up and running. it took a new motherboard,
and a reinstall of windoze.

If you remember, I was doing video work for my friend at the domestic
violence program, taking his lectures and putting slides in and putting them
onto DVD...

Well I started teaching the classes, doing assessments and interviews,
working in the office, and generally making this a real career choice. I was
so excited by all this I had to go to a meeting to decompress. This has
been such a blessing, I can't even begin to describe it. it's amazing that
less than two years ago I was a homeless drunk, sitting in jail for hitting
his girlfriend. Now I get to share my experience strength and hope with
people. It certainly gives meaning to my life and makes my primary purpose
my career.

there were about 750 messages when I finally got online. so to summarize....

sleep will come. I used to drink to avoid the voices in my head that kept
me awake at night telling me how worthless I was. when I first stopped
drinking, I stopped sleeping. now I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the
pillow, most of the time

Bob. I think he was kidding.

Rosie. persevere.

Hi Gail, blue moon, moonraker, et al.

yellow urine is normal. take B with a meal, it's fat soluble.

I only need a larger penis so that I can hit the toilet more reliably. ;o)

I missed you all and look forward to seeing you all more regularly now.

Shaw
