Yep! I now use yellow as a guide to drink more plain water, which is a good
habit I don't have

Hi guys, thanks for the help.

on the advice of my Dr. i have been taking this B complex multivitamin. and I
have sort of a nasty question. Is it common that it turns your urine almost
like flourecent yellow (especially bad right in the morning)?

It only started after the vit.

No big deal. That's normal. Makes your urine worth more than before.
