Hi,

FWIW, I did not expect Rosie to reply to that post. However, I do
find her decision to not answer my posts aimed at finding out what
recovery means to her somewhat odd. I cannot forget that Rosie claims
to have been not drinking for 21 years and gives some credit for this
to AA, and that she also claims to be a trained drugs and alcohol
counsellor . I do not know whether she is practising as a counsellor
at this time.

Dear Rosie,

Again, I tell you that I am not.

I am now thinking that your reluctance to say anything about what
recovery means to you is either because you haven't got a clue what it
means (in which case how on earth can you help anyone who comes to
you, a trained drugs and alcohol counselllor, for guidance on how to
recover) or you don't want anyone here to know that you are not
content with your own progress in recovery. I think it likely that
only you will ever know the truth..

Rosie, how do you classify questions regarding what you consider as
recovery as 'looking for a fight'? Aren't you interested in recovery?
Don't you want to share, you know, ESH and everything? Don't you think
it is worth your while to explain what you consider as recovery in a
recovery newsgroup? I too would be interested in the answer,
especially so since I've seen you criticize other people's 'recovery'
several times.
