WELLBUTRIN XL has a low risk of sexual side effects. In clinical depression
studies, few patients taking the active ingredient in WELLBUTRIN XL
experienced difficulty achieving orgasm - the incidence was similar to
placebo (sugar pill). In addition, studies show that the risk of decreased
sex drive (libido) or erectile dysfunction (impotence) was no different for
patients taking the active ingredient in WELLBUTRIN XL than it was for
patients taking a sugar pill.

If you take WELLBUTRIN XL, there is a risk of seizure,

at least while you are having your seizure you can enjoy some sex.....

I was taking wellbutrin to help quite smoking, and had the weirdest day at
work, talked with some freinds and sort of walked away thinking "I talked with
so and so I think" then knocked it off early and went home.

Then spent a couple hours just in this freaking dazed confusion laying there
in bed. that stuff weirded me out big time. Then, freaked out, I dumped the
rest in the toilet. So for the next couple days REALLY weirded out getting off
of it again.

But it's good to know that it doesn't effect your libido or performance! I
found that Effexor (my next AD) actually sort of prolonged the experience, and
didn't weird me out. I don't have any numbers, but I understand the Wellbutrin
is a real gift for some and a real freak job for others (like me).
