Flu

I came down with a fever, cold...the works. I can't even get out of bed at
times. I feel like my life is just crumbling, I don't even have my health as
of now!

Hi matt, sorry to hear you're layed up with a flu. Stick with the fluids and
any food that you can stomach. PLENTY of water and juice seems to help.

I don't know, but it seems that your body has a way of "burning" out the
problems.

I had a flu last winter that I thought was going to freaking kill me, and I
remember that first day that was stable enough to stand up and take a wicked
hot shower. GOD that felt good! I don't think I ever enjoyed the shower so
much.

crazy how a little virus can just hijack your body and take it for a spin.
