I looked all the way back through this thread, and
you never asked any such question.
Perhaps you forgot to post it.
But the ultra-short list is:
Hazelden Foundation,
Betty Ford Clinic,
and Dr. G. Douglas Talbott's clinic in Atlanta, Georgia,
which was successfully sued for $1.3 million dollars for
malpractice and false imprisonment for forcing 12-step
torture on doctors and nurses.
If you want the long list, contact the University of
Georgia, who did a study that found that 93% of the
treatment facitilies in the USA used 12-step treatment.
