Daily Reflections
THROUGHOUT EACH DAY
This is not an overnight matter. It should continue for our
lifetime.
ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS, p. 84
During my early years in A.A. I saw Step Ten as a suggestion
that I periodically look at
my behavior and reactions. If there was something wrong, I
should admit it; if an apology
was necessary, I should give one. After a few years of
sobriety I felt I should undertake
a self-examination more frequently. Not until several more
years of sobriety had elapsed
did I realize the full meaning of Step Ten, and the word
"continued." "Continued" does
not mean occasionally, or frequently. It means throughout
each day.

I'm curious .... do you have copyright permission from AAWS to
reproduce this material?

That is indeed true, but his question was if you had permission to. I'm
not downing you for posting the stuff, I've been reading here for 3 or 4
months now and read your re-posts, but, your "I always try to attribute
to the proper source" doesn't answer the of "can you?".
(again, no flames intended, it's just your answer was *really* vague)

HI Blue,
If she does, I don't think they'd be pleased to know that she sometimes alters the text:^)).

Knowing how AAWS has a history of conducting itself vigorously in
pursuit of copyright infringement, I find this difficult to believe.

Who knows, AAWS may yet decide to sue.
I believe this is AAWS's main reason for being so anal about
protecting copyright despite the fact the books are supposed to be
helping the "still-sick-'n'-sufferin'" - stuff taken out of context or
innocently mis-copied could change the whole meaning of the text.
Deliberate change would certainly be considered a no-no.

What is your address? LOL!
I don't mind it at all. At least you didn't change the word God to door knob
or trash can, as AA members suggest sometimes as using as a HP. ;)
Best,
