However there are plenty who are still not willing to go to any
lengths to achieve lasting sobriety, perhaps even thinking that being
on a no-booze pill for a few weeks will somehow provide the ability to
drink safely.

yes, BM, that is one of the problems, for some, with ANY tools we use in
recovery.

taking ANTABUSE without doing anything else, is equal to "putting the
plug in the jug" and not changing the things that we can change!
(emotionally/spiritually)
it happens all the time, with many tools of recovery.
