I don't know how to stop. I need help.

Think your family doesn't have a clue?

I suggest AA, but there are other methods, Rational recovery, Moderation
Management etc.

Twenty years ago I was at the same crossroad you are now. I called AA
central office in Chicago and it was the best thing I have ever done.
