Hi Everybody! I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Patrick
and I'm 23, I am the son of a compulsive gambler and really happy to
find this group. I have been an active member in Gamanon (for the loved
ones of compulsive gamblers) for about two years but recently have
decided that between two jobs and starting a youth group I think that
its time for me to step back from my group for a little while. My
solution to the gap I am going to have in my life with out my groups is
to maintain activity in my recovery through this blog. But a blog
cannot replace a support group without community. Now. With that being
said I have to figure out a way to make some sort of forum (minus the
comments). But I have been passionate about this site for awhile now
and I don't see that passion dwindling.
My blog is called the Codependency Survival Kit. I would like you all
to check it out, but this isn't a senseless plug, I really hope that I
can do some good with this blog. Don't mind the ad sense ads on
there. There are a few ads that are a little out there and some that
are useful. I am just hoping to make a little income on the side.
