At least AA has an expert spokesperson, to expound on the official AA
opinion of the opinion AA does *not* have.
Our "expert's" evidence of documented cases of suicide "due to the poor
advice offered by alcoholics" is actually opinion masquerading as fact. Were
it indeed factual, arguably, the most prolific of the poor advice would be
from drug addicts such as herself, blatantly self promoting false
"expertise"

there have been MANY documented cases of suicide, due to the poor advice
offered by alcoholics around our AA tables.
because of this, i was asked by NEW YORK to speak on the subject at our
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE in san diego.
(i don't say this to brag, but rather to inform you, that GENERAL SERVICE is
quite concerned about alcoholics giving
this advice to ANYONE)
