Robert, Alocoholic,Addict

Hi my name is robert i am an alcoholic and addict. i am 21 years old and
trying to get of drugs and alcohols. this last friday i almost died of
overdoses from ephedrines and alocohol plus caffeines. Thank goodness and my
higher power that i have aa in my life. i find this newsgroup to be
interesting. i would like to contribute and i hope you all welcome me.

all i rememeber from friday is doing the steps...and then getting divine
breath that seemed to heal some of my internal pain and craving. i still
went through dts hard but i am approaching 48 hours or so. lets all take a
moment of silence for those who are still suffering. feel free to post/email
but you know what to do aout emergencies: Call you sponsor!

Good hope you have a program that works. I tell
you what i took 18 caffeine pills (thought i'd get
a good buzz). Well anyway i did at first and i
slowly started getting sick. Ended up dry heaving
for 12 hours straight. About 15 hours after my
initial dosing my heart was still pounding 100
miles per hour, went home from school early, told
my mom to bring me to the hospital. Was the worse
fucking horrible experience of my life. Never
took a caffeine pill after that!
