Sweetie, I'm fine.
I've been reading posts here and responding privately when I thought
that I had anything to say that might help. The tone here has been so acid,
self centered, self-absorbed and thoughtlessly cruel that I just haven't
felt much like posting here.
Honest to god, people come here in pain and looking for help and people
gratuitously ask them if they've been screwing their friend's husband.
All of that aside, how are you doing? I've got 7 weeks and 2 days in
of not smoking! I'm not smoking, I'm not drinking . . . now if I found a
partner . . . <L> Well, I guess that I won't count on that one.

The next step in sobriety is the ability to tolerate the crap in others IMO.
Others often tolerate it in me:-)
Nice going, dan. Congrats on 7 weeks and 2 days. One day a time, I choose
not to drink:-)
