Howdy Kev,

They like to claim that frequently AA's have slippery programs. Let us not
forget that. ;0)

| Hi staamfa,
| How you doing? Hows the studying going?
| Funny enough I still go to NA occasionally to catch up with a few friends.
I
| always say my piece, which does not always go down too well as you can
| imagine but I think it is important for some to hear that the 12 steps are
| not the be all and end all of civilisation and that you will not die if
you
| reject them and the higher power business. Other than that I've had some
bad
| health problems including some serious surgery so I had to take a 9 months
| break from my course. I go back in January if all goes well and then off
to
| LA next August

Good luck on your recovery from surgery and I know you must be looking
forward to LA.

Study is going. It was a humdinger of a summer for me. Here 6 hours is
full time for summer and like an idiot I signed up for 9 with physics and
lab supposed to be included in a 3 hour stint it ended up being give or
take, three hours each plus the 6 hours for the other two courses. We
barely had time enough to complete the project and presentation much less
study for finals. In short I ended up with full time hours for a regular
semester during the summer timeframe. It was UGLY!

Still it was worthwhile learned quite a bit, met a lot of nice people, told
some of 'em about AA, they agreed. :0)
