went to a meeting today. Tommorrow will be 7 days
alcohol free, am planning my meetings for the
week. Going to start reading the Big Book again,
and start on the steps. Would think of getting a
sponsor but i am moving in a couple months. All
in all, that's my recovery plan, simple enough,
and most importantly, not drinking.

Good luck! Today was day 80 for me. One thing my sponsor told me to do
(and I still do) is to call at least one other drunk every day. Get some
phone numbers from some of your meetings and pick up the phone each and
every day, whether you want to or not. It's a good resource and it will
help you adjust and have buds to call and talk to as you get acclimated in
your new area.

And check in here daily. Better yet, just check in here tomorrow.

You can get drunk in a couple of hours, never mind a couple of months. You
wouldn't want to be executing a move in the middle of am ugly drunk would
ya? Moving is bad enough as it is.
Why not ask around to see if you can find a temporary sponsor?
Probably someone in your groups who'd love to do that...
You never know, sometimes people have a funny habit of turning up later and
becoming lifelong friends, you never know.
