I more of a weekend binge drinker, and yeah i went
on my binge last weekend. But normally after work
i have a few beers like 2-3.
Last drink i had was sunday suppertime have a
headache. Is it nerves or just getting off the
booze. Had same headache when i quit smoking for
about a month. Bearable but still there. I mean i
can still go to work and function fairly well. ?

yes, your headache could be from withdrawal AND/OR tension.

could be. Had a pretty good day at work yesterday
and am fine today. I tend to drink a couple
caffinated pops a day and didn't have any caffeine
monday afternoon/evening til the time i noticed my
headache. Also had my pop yesterday and today.
Either way it's gone now. Having a lot of tension
need to learn some stress management techniques.

Greetings Bryan,
An alcoholic is an alcoholic. Whether it be just on weekends or 24/7,
like I was. There are certain criteria that defines what may decide
whether one is chemically dependent or not There may be several causes
for your headaches. I don't know, I'm not a physician. But it sounds
like withdrawal to me. May God bless you and your loved ones, Bryan.
Now get to a meeting!

Sure it was slight withdrawal. Feel fine now.
Going to AA in the morning:)) Had enough of
drinking. Got stability in my life again, a job
in which i have no complaints, and it's time. I'm
not having alcohol take what i have away from me
like it has in the past.
