My mum needs help

To whom it may concern,
My name is Paul, I am nine and I have a problem. My mum is pregnant, she
doesn't know who is the father because when it happened, she was drunk.
I am very sad, because my new two brothers/sisters will born in a bad home.
Is there any help for them?
