hi, so how do i get started here in the wet uk (wales), where to go that is.
anyone willing to tag along... I'm like fed up with beer being top of the
adjenda, and want a life.

Which part of Wales are you in? I go to plenty of AA meetings in Wales.

Hi just back from another session, starting to affect work etc. I have blood
pressure which is, I Belive, brought on by this as when I was ill last year
witha virus and did'nt drink for over 3 weeks my BP dropped right back to
normal. I tend to go for 5-6 pints most nights but really binge weekends
then just feel sooooooo tired every day.

What's the best first step here in uk, gp or aa?
