If you go to http://www.e-aa.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi and then post
your request in either a public message in one of the Discussion
forums or a private message to one of the forum's moderators,
that group may be able to fix you up with someone.

http://www.aa-intergroup.org/directories/email.html
or join an AA email group, get to know the folks, and ask about
sponsorship there!

is there a reason that this group is not registered with GSO?

If you think that they are not, why not visit the website, post your
question and hope that it will be answered by the group's trusted
servants.

LOL.
Rosie,
You remind me of a small child who looks only in the *wrong*
place for the toy she wants. Then, rather than make the effort to
find out where her toy actually is, she screams and stamps her foot
angrily. Such a child might love to have a mummy who when she hears
her baby crying, rushes over, gives her a cuddles and then immediately
afterwards takes her to where her toy is. I'm no such mummy.
