the mental aspect is far more important. you can shake off a little bit of
physical fatigue, but when your mind starts to wipe out, that's big trouble.
you'll sleep better tonight when the damn hospital ordeal is over with (those
places give me the creeps, even when i'm there visiting someone else). sleep
