View Full Version : The morning after

Well, I did it. I managed to get through last night without drinking a drop.

However, this morning I feel just as weak physically, as I would probably have done had I spent a
night heavily drinking. But *mentally* ? Mentally, I feel strong- you all know why - and that is
great feeling :^).

I'm now going to pull myself together and make a start on the things that I'm supposed to get done
today. So, I haven't time to write more now. But before I go, I'll just tell that this afternoon
I've got to go hospital to undergo a bone scan. If you feel like keeping your fingers crossed that
the results will bring good news, I'd be very grateful.

Hope that you all have a good day.

Love to you all

JB

Real good going, JB,
keep reminding yourself the only day that matters is today.
So here's my big pat on your shoulder.
Mike.
