Not as many as I should. I went to my regular noon meeting today and there
was an obnoxious drunk drunk who was raising hell. He was escorted out after
about ten minutes. Sucks for him but good for me. Reminds me of me.

I believe you are correct, and that word was inappropriate.

However, seems obvious to me that anything more complicated than the
24 hour plan is proportionally less than optimal. Surely it is safer
to deal resolutely and thoroughly with any temptation to abandon
recovery only once a day, rather than up to something approaching
1440 times a day.
