get to a meeting,
take a nice long shower. Bitch about the world to a freind, play some video
games, whatever gets your head away. That's the important thing--that thing
between the ears!
then, tomorrow, you can pat yourself on the back--you dodged the bullet man!

rosie is right though, is there some kind of trigger? Job stress? (for me,
it's really at it's worst with money problems--that's a real killer)
