Good idea JB. Why not go do something physical, or visit a sick friend in
the hospital, or better yet, go to a meeting.;)
It will pass...

Once again, I'm sitting here, craving a glass of wine. I'm writing this in an attempt to stop me
from thinking about it. Doing so, makes me think about it even more.
When I feel like this, I have to think about not drinking for no more than five or ten minutes at a
time. At such times, even so short a time as five minutes can seem like an eternity.
I've got through situations like this before. I'm sure I can get through this one. I know I can
get through this one. If I say that last sentence often enough, maybe, I'll start to believe it.
Maybe I'll come back later and tell you how I'm doing.
Got to go now. Got to get out of the house..

You might pour it out. Injury seems to be easier to avoid if I do not stick
my head into the lion's mouth.

In which case I'd suggest you take the decision of Step 3, and start
writing Step 4 (an inventory, not a life story).
