One night shouldn't hurt but try to remember to carry a couple of spares
next time you are away.
You should find that over time the dopey in the morning feeling should wear
off. If it becomes a problem then just ask about spreading the dosage a bit
differently. I used to take a slightly larger dose at night and take
advantage of the sedation effect. Most pdocs are happy to alter dosage
times because the more comfortable you are with the medication the more
chances you will take it.
