Sorry, I don't get it. That is the way it is supposed to work.
Sigs are supposed to be automatically snipped in a reply by your
newsreading software. If they aren't your newsreader isn't
standards compliant. IOW, when you see a sig included in a reply
unless it was included deliberatly, it is a mistake.
