God - that reminds me of mine. I was in such a state I kept nipping out
of hospital while I waited for a bed to buy vodka!

That seems like another lifetime now!

The last time I was admitted to the pysch ward they breathalised me every
hour because they needed to give me mood stabilisers and I had just shot the
breathaliser off the scale. ha ha.....those were the days.....I don't
think.

Good to have the horror stories. Such as the police having to climb in
through my hotel bedroom window (with my father and bf holding the
ladder - what a way for them to met) before carting me off to hospital
whence I escaped and found my way BACK to the hotel!!

When I feel like drinking, I just think back. Actually wish I had the
whole thing on videotape....
