Okay...I'm back
This is for the AA crowd and the nay sayers. I've been sober now for almost
three months. I can honestly say that I have absolutely no cravings whatsoever. I have always been a all or none kind of guy. When I took up biking, I ended up riding many miles a day. Running turned into marathons....etc. Can you just have an addictive personality without actually being alcoholic? Rational Recovery seems so right for me. It really makes sense. |

It's a one stop recovery program. Which IMO makes a lot of sense |

Re: Okay...I'm back
Hi there
have a look at SMART recovery as well. It is a break off group from RR and it doesn't contain all the anti-AA stuff that RR seems to be promoting. They have a website and a list of online resources http://www.smartrecovery.org/index.html debs -- Illegitimi non Carborundum "JJ" <jakervik@attbi.com> wrote in message news:gRiLa.43453$e26.27321@rwcrnsc52.ops.asp.att.n et... > This is for the AA crowd and the nay sayers.
