Keeping Alcoholics From Drinking
Below are my ideas for keeping alcohol away from alcoholics:
1: Put ankle restraints on them to physically keep them out of alcohol vendors. This can only be done if the alcoholic has committed a crime (such as biting her husband's hand). This would allow the courts to order the ankle bracelet installed. 2: Implant a Radio Frequency ID device in him/her to tell stores not to sell alcohol to him/her (Again if the person has committed a crime). To stop under aged drinking, do same to all below 21 year olds. Could ankle bracelets or RFIDs monitor a person's blood alcohol level? 3: Implant a Norplant like device subcutaneously to dispense Antibuse, Topiramate, or any other anti-alcoholism drug you know of in the subject's body. 4: Give all alcohol vendors a list of people who have been court-ordered not to drink. |
