Beat The Booze

Hi

When trying to understand alcohol dependency and seek help, it is nigh on
impossible to get a clear view of where to start, either for the individuals
concerned or their loved ones who only want to help.
This book has been thoroughly researched and written by a pair of highly
talented and caring authors, both of whom have a first hand understanding of
the issues involved. It will prove an immeasurable help to those of who wish
to start the journey of recovery, or to find advice as to how to help a
loved one.

Take a look at the pre-launch website at www.BeatTheBooze.com.

As Ed himself explains, "if I can help just one person then my journey and
all the effort to produce this book will have been worthwhile".

How does one 'start' abstaining from any behavior?

Great. I feel bewildered and seduced by their excellent
penmanship and ellequent style already.

Oh, great. Help from loved ones. The very ones who helped
you develop your alcoholism to begin with! Makes lots
of sense.
