I have been working hard on these past two weeks. No I have some
"half-holidays", I am not teaching, I am only working on the
laboratory and I have exam boards tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and
on Friday. Next week I will be working only in the laboratory. After
that I will be working again in a crazy way but I will try to catch up
a little bit on these two weeks

How have you been? Email me, I will be glad to get post from you.

I saw a poor friend of mine win a new car, they would not let him in
the car until he paid sales taxes and who lot of other shit. There
happen to be someone standing buy to pay half the price. He caved.

How much was the tax? I'd have borrowed the money
using the new car as collateral on a small loan.
I could get a small loan like that even with my
shitty credit!

Re: 10 Months NO DRINK

Hi! Life is what you make of it. I was drinking for 30 years and it wasn,t
till I ended in hospital for 4 months, and somehow survived against the odds
that I started to think about what I was doing to myself and others. I can't
work yet which annoys me, I don't have a car anymore and like you have not
had a drink for 10 months.Working on getting my health back as good as I
can, and work on getting things together. Hang in there!! From kangaroo
country....no they don't walk the streets ha! ha! Mupa

The Jag. was $40,000 dollar in the early eighties. To get a loan
opens a new "can of worms" as in full coverage insurance . This is
my Idea of owning a luxury car , to well of enough to be able to
afford afford repairs, even if I think my car is ruined in the first
week because the ashtray filled up. I don't want to be a "DingDong"
who has a heart attack if my door get "dinged". But then again, do I
have enough money to fathom that my advice it worthy. Look at me, I
got here because I best thinking made important choices.

If you want them, the golf clubs, just come and get them and quit
puttering around. ( I know its to far, even if you shake a leg ).
However I have driven "cross country" when there was a excellent
chance of "bagging (banging) Pussy. "She thought it was so Romantic
that I endured such a long trip to be with her. Well, I started to
ride the horse...Oh yes, yes and yes, it was terrible, but I had a
calling and I how could I refuse such a chance to show my love in its
strength and the desire to with the only one (ah hem the only whom is
willing to put out for me). cough

Ana, you are so good for a bad atmosphere, you bring enough light to
make the atmosphere more like a pleasant ambiance (and face to face I
would succumb to you). But we all can get a job, it is a matter of
how much settling do I have to do get one. I do not want to be
watching shit settle down and disappear so I can take a breath in
(well maybe not ) and have ogles of joy because the bowl will not
require require cleaning. It could have just as well be a "sticky"
situation.

Night Train is the worst I ever had, and I had it more than
once. All those fortified wines have about the same
alcohol content, I think 18% usually. I always got the worst hangover
from Night Train.
But I always got a hangover, from anything, if I drank to the point of
passing out, which was
nearly every night for 10 years. But beer was my main drink for two
reasons: I wanted to
last all night and drink fast at the same time, because I'm a
gluttonous person.

I still drink, but not in loud public places. In this way I'm
able to control
my intake, managing twice a week to drink 12 beers over a 10 to 12
hour period, which
is very slow drinking, as I'm sure you know. I don't get drunk, just
buzzed, which is good
enough for me. But no way am I bragging about having things under
control, because
I know I could probably not manage such a slow pace in a public place
with a bunch of
loud people hanging around.

Anyway, something about the Night Train stuff really dried me out
way worse than any
of the others. I'm picturing a headline in the paper about someone
being killed in a dispute
between two drunks over which wine is worse, Night Train or MadDog
20/20. Each wino
each drinking the wine over which he is fighting. The Night Train guy
wins the fight and winds
up in jail for life. The reason he wins the fight is because the
Night Train bottle makes a better
weapon than the MadDog bottle when broken against the pavement and
used as a knife.

That's what I say after helping someone across the street or
giving someone
money to eat. Not right away, but later that day - "I know it'll come
back
to me, but how long is it supposed to take?"

Don't think about it, DO IT. This is not a time for playing
games. This is a time for a new
beginning, for establishing the truth. What do you mean, you thought
about e-mailing
her. This is like telling someone what you were going to buy them for
Christmas, or
what you're going to buy for them if you hit the lottery. Now that
you are no longer
drinking, it is time to establish honesty as your policy, to apologize
to anyone you have
ever hurt in any way, to stop talking about what you were going to do
and just get out
there and do it.

Tommy Joe (I know you can make it brother, I'm here to help (if I
can)....) hah hah hah hah hah
