try getting some exercise, walking after dinner? make sure to call your physician, if you feel any other physical problems. -- .. .. .. Other than that it's been OK. It's funny you should mention sweating, as I woke this morning covered in sweat. I thought maybe it was warm in the house because of the heating but when I got up it wasn't on! Last night I took a Nytol tablet and slept much better. Thank you everyone for your comments, it really helps to know that there are people out there who can empathise. Shelley *** Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com *** |

I'm not feeling joyous exactly but it's good waking up in the morning without needing to down a pint of water! Still sweating a bit in the night. What sort of help did you get, Ocean View? I tried counselling but the advice to cut down gradually was no use to me, I needed to just stop, and that's what I've done. Last Friday night I drank and woke up feeling so awful it put me off doing it again. I was ill most of the day. I'm about to go to bed, and when I wake up I will have spent a week without a drink.
