alcohol and drug free my head is starting to clear
my body is feeling better stomach hurts a little
due to nerves.

This is probably longest i've gone in a loong
time, even at the minimum i drink a few beers
every couple days.

Think i may try this sobriety thing for a few more
see how it goes, and try to hit an AA meeting
since i gotta a few days and am out of the daily
drink routine.

Who knows, who knows.

You can do a few days, a few weeks, a few months,
a few years or the rest of your life. It's up to
you. You might wake up and see that staying drunk
all of the time is unfulfilling at best.

Just watch out for that feeling that your head is clear and your body feels
good so it would probably be okay to have a drink if you felt like it.
That's a bitch of a trap when you feel good enough to be tempted but not
good enough to have enough judgment to not give in.

Go someplace where they do things besides drink and do something enjoyable
besides drinking. Fill the time with something besides temptation.
