Hey, at least you got a break of 11 days. There is certainly no reason
that you can't make it longer. If you can do it for 11 days then there is
no reason that you couldn't do it forever.

When a purported alcoholic presents speculation like that as fact, is it
any wonder many problem drinkers, let alone moderate drinkers; are
contemptuous of problem drinkers?

I got an idea. Rather than counting days, why not just not drink for today.
Just for today. that's it. Do the same thing tomorrow, but don't worry about
that right now.
