ESH(experience,strength and hope)
Many of my AA friends will be writing things for me about their ESH
with Step 11.

I am not a spammer. I have been sober since July 9, 1991 and I am
serious about finding some good writers for Step 11. If I did
something I was not suppose to I am sorry. I do take offense to you
calling my inquiry a scam and the poor choice of wording directed to my
prayer beads.

I am not new to sobriety and was not aware that I was spamming. I
apologize. I am seriously looking for people who have something to
contribute about step eleven. I asked for people to be gentle as I am
unsure of the proper etiquette in forums. If I was looking for speakers
I would make an announcement at a meeting. I guess I felt like I was
doing the written equivalent to that. My apologies,

Hi Gwen. I think what these folks might have taken minor offence to was the
fact that you are selling stuff on your website. It is inappropriate,
generally, to solicit business in a discussion group unless the group's
general consensus suggests it is OK. This will often be the case in
automotive discussion groups, for instance. Read some the on-going posts in
this group and you will get a feel for this. Support groups like this group
do not generally informally entertain advertising and will usually result in
replies such as the ones you have received.
