Who, other than a lying cunt like you, claimed *anyone* died from
campral. Far as I recall, *you're* the only one who made undocumented
claims about deaths here.

Not a scrap of documentation though, was there rosie. Suits me
anyway, I have fun reposting that one

At least yer pal stuart was a little bit smarter, waffling on about
non existant haste to
facilitate his campral promotion.

Not to speak for Stuart, but ...

Who's promoting anything? I just asked a simple question and apprently
opened an 50-gallon drum of worms. I was just curious to see if anyone had
heard of Campral and what they knew about it.

Not sure if Bob can handle two contradictory ideas simultaneously without
feeling threatened. I was attempting to illustrate the drug has its positive
and non-positive attributes according to various studies.

Re: Anybody know anything about Campral?

My husband is taking it right now in the hospital along with about a
dozen other drugs. He said it was helping him with the cravings.
Right now he's in the psych ward of a local hospital awaiting transfer
to a local treatment facility. He has been diagnosed bipolar type 1
in addition to being an alcoholic.

I don't think I've been on it long enough for it to make much difference
either way, but I figure if it's something I only have to take for a few
weeks/months and if it helps, what the heck. Doesn't sound like it's gonna
kill me, like I know continuing to drink uncontrollably eventually will. If
it doesn't work, fine.

I've wondered if I'm some kind of borderline bipolar myself. It's kind of
hard to tell with all the booze I've consumed over the last few years,
though. Maybe getting off the sauce will help me figure that part out ...

Best of luck with your husband. I read some of your earlier posts, and know
you're going through a lot.
