Preachy christian folk ought to be barred from 12 step recovery
programs. All they do is assure disruption and disrespect towards those
who choose to believe in a god of their own choice.

yeah but been there made a good point and he
wasn't preachy at all about it. while leo leo was

I view the mere mention of Jesus in AA as being preachy. It's akin to
mentioning Mohammed, Bible, Quran, Lord, & Allah.

I've been trying to separate "spiritual growth" with christian folk
lore.
I haven't figured it out. I can't. I'm either too smart and I question
it, or too
stupid to accept what is obvious to others. If I could find my answer,

could I cure others of whatever lurks in their souls too?

But people being preachy or sharing about
something that *they* feel good about ?
Whom am I to question *their* happiness ?

It's none of my business, is it ?

So why dwell on what *they feel* good about ?
What am I getting out of that ? Nothing.
Maybe because I trying to find what they have,
and I'm jealous because I can't ?
