Thanks very much to all who replied and gave much appreciated advice.
Someone suggested this is something called Oromandibular Dystonia. It is though undoubtedly linked to stress. Funnily enough it came on literally overnight without any warnings. Today it's a bit better though and I have to see a maxillofacial surgeon next week. I hope he can sort something. Thanks again all. -- Jim |
