Of course. Get your hands on a copy of the Big Book and read it. Follow the instructions as they unfold. If you get stuck or confused, call someone who has worked the steps. You'll miss a lot of things not going to meetings and you may not fully recover. There are many true friend to be found in AA meetings, many social retards as well. ____ Tom |

You bet there is! On-line AA meetings. I'm no more "expert" than anyone else
in AA, but I know about this as I belong to one that is solid AA. Email me directly and I'll tell you more about it. nat h. And I think that many of us who've gone Ego is better destroyed. My brother was poisoned also by the US military and he did not make it. > thru that type of brainwashing have also developed these > abnormal panic disorders. I feel no self-pity or resentments. A. B. Normal (Young Frankenstein) panic disorders only get more cluttered with alcohol. Those are issues that must be dealt with after the main culprit is out of the way. It is ok to procrastinate minor problems, like having microchips stuck in your back. But the main number 1 problem being king alcohol must be arrested to prevent alter egos from developing. You will most likely feel waves of self pity and resentment the first year anyway after you leave the pink cloud and are left with trying to pass through puberty. Alcohol cluttered the thought process and anybody that does not feel angry or fearful is probably drugged or skipping merrily down the road on a sunny afternoon. Take away the alcohol, you are left with yourself. That is a dangerous place to be wandering about aimlessly trying to stay sober. There are alot of assholes in AA but it is a good place to hang in the beginning since there are really no other places where peaceful people can legally gather in the police states. If it isn't a church or AA it is a drinking establishment. You do not have much choice. Churches totally suck and in my opinion are violent. I am not an AA expert. I only have AA experience. |

Re: Question for the AA Experts
not impossible, i guess. although you can forget about "group support"
which can be very helpfull, depending on your attitude. the main thing you will need is a "Change of Attitude Sufficient to Recover" (from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body). You will also need a "Sponsor" capable and willing to come to your home and walk you thru and teach you the 12 steps. good luck "Scott W" <hans_spoon@yahoo.de> wrote in message news:31v8pcF3f4c44U5@individual.net... > Is there anyway to go thru the AA program > and work the steps without having to attend > FTF meetings? Re: Question for the AA Experts
Load of shit.
If you are a nigger faggot or muslim forget it. Yous gots to look like a christian jew cop. Change of attitude only comes after they rob you and extort you into nothing. So do not listen to the garbage. Go to an anomynous meeting and listen to these frozen smile people that scratch their balls and shake your hand with ball grease. A bunch of phony fuckers. You only got to remember that the change of scenery goes with the same goddamned drunks killing people while drunk come into AA and still cause alcoholic messes. Now they may be dealing crack in a country western bar while on leave from the killing in the middle east. Tomorrow they may be sitting in an AA meeting with the dizzy smile and flashy diamond ring telling you they had nothing and now they got everything. DO NOT LET ANY OF THE HOME WRECKERS IN YOUR HOME. Re: Question for the AA Experts
1st of all your assumptions of who i am or what i may look like are
incorrect (no big surprise). 2nd of all your reply is a classic case of "Constant Complaining - Never Accomplishing (anything)". 3rd of all given the sound of your attitude, it is little wonder that your spouse would find anyone more attractive than you. you don't need any help "wrecking your (home?)", you sound as though your attitude has already done a splendid job of it. you sound as though you have been "picked on" and "made fun of" because of your inadequacies. for that part, i pity you. your (obvious) unwillingness to change generates no pity from me. we become who we make ourselves. if we choose to make ourselves "constant complainers" and "professional offended parties" then that is what we will become. sounds like you do have one accomplishment after all. congradulations!!!!!!!!!
