I was on Revia for awhile, it helped for the first couple of weeks.

Isn't topamax used for BiPolar sometimes ?

I was on topomax for a while as a mood stabaliser a long time ago, for
Bipolar 1. Not heard of it being used for addictions though, it does make
you lose weight FAST though.

My psychiatric sector team talked to the drink and drugs team when I was a
few weeks sober in AA. They told me I could have Acamprosate if I wanted and
agreed to the various tests, but I was doing good in AA at the time and
chose to decline. I decided not to but if you think it might help carry on
doing the research you're doing and see if it will help. It's a lot safer
than Antabuse, if you were to end up doing something perhaps a little silly
but still not something to be taken lightly.
