Wow, just realized today is 22 years
22 years since I quit. At one time Sept 20 was a pretty important day. It
was so important I picked it as the day to ask my future wife to marry me. That lasted 11 years and now I'm back by myself again. Well Sept 20 is still pretty important. I want to wish the best to everyone out there that is taking it one day at a time. After awhile it gets to be second nature and it will be easy as waking up clear headed each morning. |

Congratulations Felson and many many more! Twenty extra years, in an

Re: Wow, just realized today is 22 years
Congrats man. I am new to the program and when I hear of people being sober
that long it gives me a great ray of hope. I try not to look that far in my own future and take it day by day and someday they will add up to that. I had to quit drinking because they were following me around the country. From the Florida Keys to Sanfrancisco, Denver New York Chicago Houston, shrimping out in the Gulf of Mexico, an oil rig, even the bayou of Louisianna, yes they do have cajun secret service.
