Meeting as a substitute for life

Meeting solves every problem.

Drunk? - go to the meeting.
Cravings? - go to the meeting.
Lonely? - go to the meeting.
Bored? - go to the meeting.
Want to help others? - go to the meeting.
Want to find your god? - go to the meeting.
Sleepless? - go to the meeting.

How about: Want to have good sex? - "go to the meeting"?

Re: Meeting as a substitute for life

Dear Gawd
Meetings do not solve problems. People going to them however do. I have
seldom seen a still suffering alcoholic with an honest desire to stop
drinking, fail in that quest. However, I have often seen alcoholics hell
bent on destruction finding exactly that.
May you find a meeting, somewhere, sometime, that may assist you with
whatever ails you.
Kind regards
Mias
