did I not read in one of the 12 traditions today at a meeting, that AA does
not involve itself in outside issues. If this is so, how can it have any opinion on prescribed medication? |

Did you know that you contradict the big book with this statement? That wonderful book that apparently needs no quoting .... just the foreword to the first edition says "we .... have recovered". The book is full of "recover" and "recovered", I find just 1 mention of the word "recovering", which is in the context of direct advice given to the spouse of a newly-recovering alcoholic. -- Blue Moon |
