Hey there. Recovery is such a huge topic for discussion. Maybe if
you say what aspect of it you're interested in at this time and why,

Believe it or not, if you can learn to weed out the crap, there is
indeed a lot of great advice posted here. As soon as you see a post
with a negative twist, just skip it and go to the next. Or it may
be helpfull to post your probems/thoughts about the subject and see
what happends. It won't hurt you a bit.
