The consquences of someone having to leave a meeting because they've
been asked to leave are different to those where expulsion from a
group has taken place..

Forget about Bob for a minute, if that's possible. Can you think of any
reason at all that someone should be asked to leave a group?

They bring in a box of body parts when they are ready to do their
inventory..."this thumb belonged to my first wife Elma, she used to make
me so mad. This nose is from my second wife Lucy..."

Being just a tad reluctant to forget about Bob myself, I
will contribute to this discussion by saying I *wasn't*
asked to leave AA. Email access to my AA group was
cancelled, and certainly never restored during the time I
remained with the same ISP.

Co-incidentally, (remember that stuff about co-incidences)
it was subsequent to my questioning if a "trusted servant,"
listing for posterity the character defects of his wife, was
likely to lead us toward the ultimate AA clique rating,
"Quality Sobriety."

In this instance, neuro wasn't far from the mark at all;-)

Co-incidentally, (for the benefit of those who believe that
sort of shit) being entirely removed from those false
concepts of quality, I subsequently recovered, just as
Bill's Big Book conditionally promised I would.

If by "leave" you mean leave and never return, the answer is No.

SURE!
if they continue to be disruptive and make it impossible for others
to participate and benefit from their meeting.

i hope that you are a regular at your AA meetings and will call for
a GROUP INVENTORY should this scenario play itself out.
