JB,
it has become very apparent to me over the last few months, that my
postings just set you off, and your attitude quickly declines in our
attempts at conversation.

i don't know why that is! what is it? do you know?
each month, i look for some change before <PLONKING> you once again.

LOL. Rosie, I think you decide to put me back in your killfile
because you
don't like me disagreeing with you, teasing you and occasionally
posting messages which suggest that you cannot see that you possess
the same unpleasant characteristics ((eg lying, name-calling, and
sniping) that you appear to be able to see in some others who post
here If you decide to put me back in your killfile I shall not mind
for your action will not adversely affect what I am doing to help
myself recover from my alcoholism.

FWIW, I sometimes find talking with you benefits me. That is because
you sometimes provide me with opportunities to share my interpretation
of AA's programme and also practice parts of it. For those reasons, I
have cause to be grateful for your being here. I have no expectation
that you might
come to believe that you could learn anything about either AA in
general or its 12 Step programme from me.

Yours

JB

no,when you go back into my killfile it is ALWAYS for the same
reasons, your sarcasm and nastyness!
i don't want to subject myself to the results of your self-imposed
misery.

you would be wrong..............i try to learn something from all
newcomers daily!
just as i try to learn daily from "old-timers"!

what i learn from you most, is the danger of "running my own show"
and the danger of "complicating the shit out of
everything"................which you seem to do regularly, rather
than following the simple basics of the recovery program AA
suggests.
could that be why you have such anger? (which pops out as sarcasm?)
i believe so!

Arguably, the only person whom this conversation appears to have made
angry is you ;^)

I look forward to witnessing more often than in the past you putting
AA's 12 Steps into practice in all your affairs.

JB,
your response is EXACTLY what i'm talking about, and why i remain
concerned for you.........................yours is NOT the easier,
softer, way, even though it might seem like that sometimes.
call your sponsor, go to a meeting, and just don't drink.

as always,

Those details haven't changed much since your last visit, except that
you used to drink at 4PM : )

I don't know if you are still cooking with wine, being a chef. The
nutritional links we discussed last time went into the blood sugar
plunges; the anxiety chemistry; the sodium lactate levels; the symptoms
you were having; so I don't have much new to add.

Review this link below, which I left for you in March - it explained how
the fruit affected the lactate levels during exercise training,...review
the old links because they will explain what the wine is doing to your
chemistry.

Re: Athletes
Tips for endurance athletes - this includes what to eat before training
workouts and how to lower lactate levels: Avoid fruits, juices and
fructose-sweetened products, which will raise respiratory quotient (RQ)
and increase lactate levels.

Could you please explain what you mean by "yours is NOT the easier,
softer way even though it might seem like that sometimes. call your
sponsor, go to a meeting, and just don't drink".
