This would be a good place for a sarcastic remark however I will refrain
from making one. Just because I feel like doing something doesn't mean I
must do it.

Today, I will think this thought before acting:

Is what I'm about to do going to bring me closer or push me further away
from what I am trying to accomplish?

Sarcasm definitely pushes me further away from what I want. Just like the
two wolf story; the one that wins is the one that I choose to feed.

Which you don't ? :^)

TROLL - "On the Internet , a 'troll' is a person who posts messages
that create controversy or an angry response without adding content to
the discussion, often intentionally, merely as a ludibrium . Though
technically different from flaming , which is an unmistakable direct
personal attack, trolls often resort to innuendo or misdirection in
the pursuit of their objective, which is to create controversy for its
own sake, discredit those with whom they disagree, or sabotage
discussion by creating an intimidating atmosphere" (Ref:
http://www.tutorgig.com/encyclopedia...Internet_troll)
..
"jonathan, i also treated JB as a sincere newcomer when the JB posts
started to appear....................... it didn't take long before
the lies started to build up, and since being called on them, or
ignored by me, JB has been added to my list of malcontents for the
crap that is spewed by him/her".

"JB, is just sitting in a "pity pot of rejection" which will
disappear as soon as he/she finds something else to be "hurt" about!"

"harry, do not interpret JB's post as being sincere. he/she is not."

"JB, must live with the lies that he/she has told, the imaginary crap
the he/she tries to stir up............................"

"yeah, yeah, yeah, heard all the stories about her
"husband"...................... when he/she starts even getting
CLOSE to telling the truth, i will think twice about killfiling
him/her, but until then.......................ick!"

Incidentally, I've posted the quotes I have only in order to
illustrate the point I've made. I know I've spoken the truth.

PS

LUDIBRIUM - a word of Latin origin meaning a plaything or a trivial
game. Ludibrium comes from Latin ludus, 'game,' a plaything. In Latin
ludibrium is an object at the same time of fun and of scorn and
derision and it is also the capricious game itself: (Ref:

What an overdose of self importance, seems she almost believes her own
bullshit too. Probly already cowering back behind that insane killfile
trying to bite that errant tongue; and stop it from wagging in time
with her long lost ((((((((dildo))))))))

What do you want and/ or are trying to accomplish?

Folks,

I'm posting a further follow-up to this post because it's important to
me to say that I no longer believe that I spoke the truth when I said
"Incidentally, I've posted the quotes I have only in order to
illustrate the point I've made". I''ve reached this conclusion after
giving thought to what motivated me to post what I did. I am not
ashamed to admit that I did it because I am still not able to not let
Rosie's behaviour towards me bother me at all and because of this,I
sometimes seek revenge in different ways. In making this confession,
I believe that I am doing my best to be rigorously honest with you and
with myself; make amends for a wrong I have done (ie not tell you the
truth) and practice humility. I know that I take my recovery through
working AA's 12 Step programme very seriously . What I've done in
this post feels to me like the right thing to have done.

Yours

JB

His goal is obviously to become a spiritual giant.

Hi JB!

I too find it all to easy to slip into the critical thinking and allow
myself to get all worked up over things that I have no control over. I find
that when I am willing to let go of the illusion of control that replying in
anger will give me, I no longer get any payoff for the negative behavior.
To me, this is what my recovery is all about. Why I choose to let them
affect me, I don't know. That does not mean that I am not responsible for
my actions.

At times, I'm upset/angry/unhappy and will post negative things. Since this
is an open forum for people to post whatever they want, I use it as a
different behavior from drinking or using. Based upon that, I cannot be
responsible for how people respond to my rantings. All I can do is be
responsible for my own postings and I am choosing to not post sarcastic
and/or negative responses directed at any particular person or persons.

Take care!

Kirk S.
